WAR IN THE FALKLANDS: Episode 2

This moving and unusual documentary, featuring Prince Andrew, features interviews with the men who fought in the midst of the action on both sides of the conflict.

Paratroopers, survivors from the Belgrano cruiser, and officers from the nuclear submarines the HMS Conqueror all describe their experiences.

Hear what it is like to rescue drowning men from freezing water when your own helicopter is under fire, whilst in scenes reminiscent of MASH, British surgeons describe major operations on both men and prisoners under bomb attack.

The Falklands War was vicious and bloody, one of the last of the bloody battles of the twentieth century before the computer warfare of the Gulf and Kosovan wars.
