DIGGING FOR THE TRUTH: The Iceman Cometh

In 1991, a pair of hikers stumbled onto one of the most remarkable finds in the history of archaeology: the perfectly preserved body of a 5,000-year old man.

What made the discovery so important was more than just his state of physical preservation; it was the period of time from which he came…the very cusp of the age between stone and steel.

Digging for the Truth's Josh Bernstein heads for the high Alps on the Austrian-Italian border to discover the latest secrets that the Iceman's body, clothes and weaponry have revealed.

He'll face down a deadly blizzard, chopper out of near disaster, and come face-to-face with a stone-cold, stone-age killer.

Along the way he'll discover that the Iceman is re-writing our ideas about life for our ancestors at the dawn of civilization…and about the very character of the Iceman himself.
